"The best thing about a picture is that it never changes, even if the people in it do" - Andy Warhol

Hey there — I’m the person behind the camera, usually in jeans, probably holding a coke zero or iced coffee.  I’ve been doing this photography thing for over 10 years, but you probably haven’t heard of me — I’m not great at shouting my name from the rooftops. I’d rather be behind the lens than marketing myself (which is probably why you’re here and not seeing me all over Instagram).

I shoot real life, just the way it happens — messy hair, honest laughs, moody light, all of it. No studio lights, no stiff posing, no fake smiles (unless your kid gives me one, then I’ll take it). I chase natural light and moments you didn’t know you needed frozen in time.

If we work together, you’ll get me — honest, a bit sarcastic, probably chatting about my two dogs (one is perfectly normal, the other… there are no words). I try my best to make people comfortable, but truth be told, I’m not a “let’s spill our souls on the first meet” kind of person. I promise to capture you just as you are — awkward silences and all.

Born and raised in the South, now based in New England (although  the South is calling me back). I have a husband who keeps me sane, teenagers who keep me humble, and clients who keep me inspired.

If you’re looking for someone to capture your real life, exactly as it is — let’s do it. I’ll bring the camera. You bring yourself.

At home, I’ve got two teenagers who are growing up faster than I ever asked them to, two dogs who think they run the place (and might be right), and one husband who’s been by my side through all the chaos and calm.

They’re my every thing — the reason I believe so deeply in freezing time, even just for a moment. I know how quickly it all changes. The eye rolls turn into real laughs. The quiet moments feel fewer and farther between. And somehow, even when the house is noisy and the dogs are barking, I already miss who they were yesterday.

This is why I photograph families with my whole heart — because I know how much it matters.

So when you book with me, know that I get it. I really do. I’ve lived the messy, beautiful, ordinary magic of real life. And I’ll help you hold onto it.
